Video Island has 31% market share

Video Island and its brands are neck and neck with Blockbuster on Hitwise in Jan '05.

The online DVD rental marketplace in the UK accounted for nearly 10% of all DVD rentals in '04, the market's first real year of operation (this compares to the 7% of all retail spend which e-commerce took this Xmas).

Hi,



I live in the UK and use ScreenSelect for my DVD rentals.



Do you know how I can contact someone within the company who understands English and is familiar with concept - commonsense.



The Customer Service department at ScreenSelect seem to be unable to understand simply worded emails or reply in a sensibly way nor is there a pain-chain. So I end up with one-off replies from individuals who are never heard of again.



Overall I am happy with the service I have had from ScreenSelect, but again it is a case of if you complain their answer is ‘Well you can cancel your subscription….’



Please if you can, direct me to someone who can help…
